Solicitation #P41-135. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. M-NCPPC is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Management firm to provide pre-construction services and construction services for the reconstruction of the Oxon Hill manor roof and roof drainage and associated improvements (Project). The Project is located at 6901 Oxon Hill Road Oxon Hill, MD 20745 and generally involves pre-construction services such as design review and cost estimating of Construction Documents, value engineering services, constructability reviews and establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction phase services. The construction phase services will be an “open book” reimbursable contract with specific fixed and not-to-exceed fees, scheduling and sub-contractor bidding and management.
