Solicitation #P44-146. Issued by Montgomery County Parks. The Montgomery County Department of Parks is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the renovation of Stonehedge Local Park, located at 12121 Old Columbia Pike in Silver Spring, and Fox Chapel Neighborhood Park, located at 19129 Staleybridge Road in Germantown. This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) will be the first phase of a two-step procurement and only those firms who are pre-qualified as a result of this RFQu will be eligible to receive the fully detailed Invitations for Bids (IFB). No monetary award will be made as a result of this RFQu.
