Solicitation #P41-128. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC”) (herein collectively described as “Owner”) desires to contract with an experienced Design/Build contractor for the planning, design and construction for the site dewatering, maintenance, repairs and minor renovation determined by assessment studies, hydrology studies, and maintenance request orders at the Aquatic facilities of the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex (“SPLEX”) located at 8001 Sheriff Rd, Landover, MD 20785 (herein referred to as “Project”).
