The purpose of this Notice is to advise Contractors and Engineering firms that the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will be holding a VIRTUAL INFORMATIONAL MEETING on the MD 249 from Thomas Road to Stark Drive Drainage Improvement Design-Build Project on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, beginning at 1 PM. To sign-up, please send an email to [email protected] at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Informational Meeting date. Include the company name, individuals’ names, and email addresses of those requesting to participate. A meeting link will be emailed to those individuals approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. In addition, if there is a need for sign language interpretation and/or other special accommodation due to disability, please notify the Procurement Officer via email at [email protected] at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Informational Meeting date.
