Official description
Public Notice. Agency solicitation #KB-3022-0000. Issued by Maryland Transportation Authority. Category: Marine construction services. The work to be performed under this contract is located at the MDTA Francis Scott Key (FSK) Police Headquarters facility at 4330 Broening Highway along I-695 north of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The purpose of the project is to restore the eroding shoreline at the facility. The contractor will install offshore riprap breakwaters to the northeast and east of the peninsula and a revetment at the southeastern point. Behind the breakwaters, the project will create a tidal marsh fringe and gently sloped upland tree and shrub zone. This project is located in Baltimore County.
