Elevator and lift maintenance services

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC or the College) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive elevator and chair lift maintenance and repair services in support of its campus operations. The selected Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency response services for twenty-one (21) passenger elevators and three (3) chair lifts located on the College's Arnold and Arundel Mills campuses. Required services include routine maintenance, inspection support, emergency repairs, passenger entrapment response, and related services as described in this RFP. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, documentation, and incidental items necessary to perform the work in a safe, reliable, code-compliant, and professional manner and in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation.
