PORFP. Issued by Department Of General Services. Category: Building maintenance and repair services. The intent of this project is to replace the existing steam pipework header system associated with the steam boilers located at 219 29 th Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Additionally, the contractor is requested to add two additional steam valves to the steam supply of the existing boilers as well as replace existing damaged pipework and insulation, including pipework located in floor chases and wall chases, existing steam traps, automatic air relief vents, radiator control valves, steam line expansion compensators, and insulation using unit prices.
