PURPOSE: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide furnishing of all materials and equipment and the performance of all labor to excavate the Borrow Material from the Cox Creek Uplands Borrow Area within the Cox Creek DMCF and transporting all Borrow Material to the Cox Creek STAR Facility for stockpiling. Located at the at 1000 Kembo Road, Baltimore, MD 21226, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and 3901 Ft Armistead Road, Baltimore, MD 21226 in Baltimore, Maryland. NOTE: MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal ( https://menv.bonfirehub.com/ ). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department [email protected] to determine if their Bids were received on time. Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
