Recycling Facility Expansion Engineering Report

Worcester County is seeking professional engineering and architectural services to prepare a comprehensive Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to establish technical, operational, regulatory, and cost basis for the proposed expansion and improvements to the Worcester County Recycling Facility. Proposal Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Worcester County Commissioner’s Office by either e-mailing the Procurement Officer at [email protected] or via the County’s on-line bid board. Vendors are responsible for checking the County website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Worcester County is not responsible for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Proposal Documents. The last date/time to submit questions for clarification will be noon on September 17, 2026. Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than October 1, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and will be opened and only vendor names will be read aloud in the Office of the County Commissioners, Worcester County Government Center – Room 1103, One West Market Street, Snow Hill, MD 21863. Late Proposal Documents cannot be accepted. Envelopes shall be marked “Recycling Building Expansion PER” in the lower left-hand corner.
