Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm providing complete home inspections to identify all issues at the King's Reach Cottage (9975 Mackall Road) and Beverly House (9925 Mackall Road). The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM). 10515 Mackall Road, St. Leonard, Maryland 20685 (JPPM), as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "Home Inspection - King's Reach/Beverly" and Invitation for Bid form. Preference is given to Certified Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises. Also included are the "Bid/Proposal Affidavit" (attachment 1), "Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure" (attachment 2), And a sample contract (attachment 3) A No Reply Form (attachment 4. A prebid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 am. Any bid received from offerors who did not attend the prebid meeting will not be accepted.
