Official description

RFP: Double Envelope Proposal. Issued by STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATOR (State Highway Administration). Category: Defense and Law Enforcement and Security and Safety Equipment and Supplies. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the selected Offeror and the State of Maryland (“State”). The scope of services includes multiple components to support the Maryland Speed Safety (MSS) Program implementation, including providing Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) equipment and ASE equipment installation and maintenance, system operators, data collection services, customer service, citation processing, adjudication support, and payment processing for the program. The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) Office of Procurement and Contract Management (OPCM) is issuing Addendum No. 3 to the above-referenced solicitation to amends the sections of the RFP and issues a revised RFP incorporating these changes.
