Public Notice. Issued by City of Greenbelt. Category: Professional engineering services. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit qualified persons and/or firms to conduct a feasibility study for the National Guard Greenbelt Armory, located in the City of Greenbelt in Prince Georges County. The proposed feasibility study shall consist of a completed evaluation of the current conditions and the extent of damages to the National Guard Greenbelt Armory building (approx. 21,500 SF) and site (approx. 8 -acres), located at 7100 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20770. The feasibility study will also include the projected cost to remediate the environmental hazards and the projected costs to renovate the facility.
