Reference #HABC RFP B-2057-26. Department: Purchasing. Description: The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (“HABC”) requests proposals from qualified and interested individuals or firms (“Responders”) to provide comprehensive e-business services including, but not limited to: internet site design and maintenance; writing, graphic design and editing services; web hosting, site and server maintenance; 24/7 cross-platform technical support, consulting, integration, database development and administration. Those services will encompass HABC’s e-business operations. Services will include maintaining the design and back office (e.g., server, firewall, operating system) of the recently revamped public website for HABC. Website hosting and all operations must be migrated and fully functional before a hard deadline of December 30th, 2026. Project closes Oct 02, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
