Cecil County, Maryland is intends to award a fixed price Design Build Contract for Cecil County Sheriff's Office - Public Safety Training Center Project. The Project will construct an indoor firearms Range facility on County owned land in Cecil County, Maryland. The facility will include 25-yard pistol and 50-yard rifle qualification lanes with movable targets, a classroom, administrative and mechanical space, utilities, access roads, parking, and other supporting site improvements. The building will include provisions to limit noise heard on the exterior of the building. The facility is anticipated to be approximately 18,000 GSF, the budget for this project is $7,100,00.00 (subject to the availability of funding) and it will be Design/Build as specified within the attached specifications, from qualified firms, individuals, etc., having specific experience identified in Design and construct a government facility to be used as public safety training center.
