Cecil County, Maryland, Department of Public Works - Wastewater Division seeks a qualified Contractor(s) for on-call emergency and on-call scheduled repair services for the sewer systems. Services shall be assigned on an as-needed basis for emergency repairs or scheduled for any other non-emergency repairs. This Solicitation is not a contract offer, and no contract will exist unless and until a written contract (at a later date) is signed by the Cecil County and the successful respondent.
