The Work consists of preparing and submit one or more proposals to include a complete package consisting of engineering design computations, limited construction plans, and a construction cost estimate. After awarded; the approved proposal shall include full design plans, technical specifications, detailed anticipated work tasks, unit of measure, estimated quantities and unit price.
