Design-Build Services for Cecil County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Training Center This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued by the Cecil County Department of Public Works (DPW) for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and DPW will not accept unsolicited proposals. The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to ensure that interested parties are prepared for an RFP announcement and can respond quickly.
