Solicitation #RFQ Q-24-002. Issued by Purchasing. Cecil County Government is requesting quotations from parties interested in supplying and delivering a folder inserter. This shall be a purchase to replace our current machine (Di600). The County is looking for a cost-effective machine to process annual tax notices. Examples of machine use: • The machine must be able to process a minimum of 5,000 single sheet pages with a window envelope. (Approximately 2 times per year) • The machine must be able to process single sheet pages monthly ranging from 50 – 200 pages. • The machine may be utilized for election ballots, amounts are unknown.
