Solicitation #RFP 27-020. Issued by Finance Department. Cecil County Maryland is seeking sealed proposals for Contractor(s) to provide Vehicle Maintenance and Repair services for the County’s fleet, which consist of transit vehicles, motorcycles, heavy machinery, and various leased vehicles. The related responsibilities for maintenance and repair services are specified within the Scope of Work and attached is a listing of current vehicles and/or equipment that should be considered under this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is intended to secure the services of an experienced Contractor to provide vehicle maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis for transit vehicles, fleet vehicles, various equipment, and heavy machinery for the County for approximately 135 (one hundred thirty-five) pieces of equipment. The County currently maintains parts of their fleet with a lease agreement, the awarded Contractor(s) must be willing and able to become an authorized service provider for the County's lease provider.
