Solicitation #RFP 27-018. Issued by Department Public Works. Cecil County Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide on-call wastewater engineering services under an open-end contract. Services may include, but are not limited to, planning, design, construction phase services, and related tasks for complex wastewater projects. Services will be authorized on an as-needed basis through individual task orders issued by the County during the term of the contract.
