The Cecil County Department of Emergency Services (CCDES) provides Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) services, emergency medical services, emergency management and disaster coordination, responder training and education, public safety education, coordination of fire and rescue services, and mitigation of emergency situations to over 104,000 residents, visitors, and businesses.
