Cecil County, Maryland's Department of Community Services consists of seven divisions, managing over $13 million in federal grant dollars. The Division of Community Partnerships is responsible for the oversight of the Local Management Board (LMB), the Local Care Team (LCT), Cecil County’s Volunteer Program, Grants Management, and the Cecil County Neighborhood Youth Panel (NYP), among other programs/projects. The Local Management Board provides the impetus and funding for the Capacity Building Assessment project as part of Governor Moore’s ENOUGH (Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Government, and Households) Act, ratified into law in spring 2024.
