Solicitation #RFP 26-004. Issued by Department Public Works. Cecil County, Maryland ("County") invites written Proposals from firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in providing professional services necessary to appraise real and/or personal property, rights of way and/or easements as required by the various departments/divisions of the County on as as-needed basis. Qualified firms, either singly or in joint venture or other legal arrangements (collectively, the “Firm” or “Consultant”) must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in, and a thorough knowledge of, the appraisal services required. The County is seeking to obtain a pool of qualified firms; firms may be assigned various projects at the discretion of the department director. This RFP does not guarantee work. Work shall be assigned on an as-needed basis and at that time, the County shall request an estimate from the firm.
